The encouragement she needed came during the COVID 19 period when her weekend wine tours transitioned into virtual tastings. What had started as a sideline hobby gradually transformed into a full venture.

Today The Wine Concierge which is Leslie’s business does not just sell wine but also amplifies voices. It focuses on promoting wines from women and minority makers and connects small often overlooked producers to a wider market. For Leslie business is as much about advocacy as it is about entrepreneurship.
