Nandini Agrawal has made history by becoming the youngest female Chartered Accountant in the world at the age of 19 years and 330 days. Her achievement has been officially recognized by the Guinness World Records, highlighting her exceptional dedication and determination.

Early Academic Brilliance

Born on October 18, 2001, in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, Nandini showed extraordinary academic talent from a very young age. She completed her Class 10 exams at just 13 and Class 12 by 15, completing years of education well ahead of her peers. Her early accomplishments set the stage for a career path that would challenge norms and inspire millions.

Conquering the Chartered Accountancy Exam

Despite her young age, Nandini pursued the rigorous Chartered Accountancy (CA) course, one of India’s most challenging professional qualifications. In July 2021, she secured All India Rank 1 in the CA Final Examination, scoring an impressive 614 out of 800 marks. Her elder brother, Sachin Agrawal, also performed exceptionally, achieving All India Rank 18 in the same exams.

Global Recognition

In February 2023, Nandini received official confirmation from the Guinness World Records, making her the youngest female CA globally. Her journey from a small town in Madhya Pradesh to international recognition stands as a testament to hard work, discipline, and focus.

Professional Achievements

Beyond her academic success, Nandini has excelled in the corporate world. She began her professional journey with PwCas an article trainee, working in statutory audits, tax audits, and group reporting. Later, she joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate Management Consultant, contributing to key projects for global organizations. Currently, she serves as a Private Equity Analyst, applying her expertise in finance and investment.

Inspiring the Next Generation

In addition to her corporate role, Nandini is passionate about sharing her knowledge. Through workshops, mentoring, and online platforms, she inspires young aspirants to pursue Chartered Accountancy and other professional paths, proving that age is not a barrier to excellence.

Nandini’s story is a shining example of perseverance, talent, and the power of dedication. She has shown that with focus and determination, even the most challenging goals can be achieved.
